-Scheduling appointments.
-Answering patient inquiries.
-Handling patient emergencies.
-Welcoming patients and visitors.
-Answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
-Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
-Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
