Receptionist & Admin Assistant
As the Admin Assistant, you will act as a key support to theAdmin Manager through reception and administrative duties. In doing so, your key responsibilities include:
• Provide professional administrative support to the company’s operations in Egypt particularly in support of office and facilities administration tasks.
• File organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members.
• Coordinate office supplies ensuring efficiency in delivery of services or materials.
• Greet visitors and delivering exceptional service assistance.
• Help ensure smooth running of office facilities by providing support in facilities maintenance, supplies inventories etc
• Handling recharge, consumption and payment of water and electricity of the office
• Coordinate with appropriate service companies / suppliers.
• Provide support in new vendor registration, PO creation and follow-up of payment process.
Administration and General Duties
• Coordinate and support administrative tasks and processes across the Cairo office
• Cover for the reception desk
• Check all meeting rooms and ensure the rooms are fit for purpose.
• Manage petty cash process and sign-off
• Support the Office & Admin Manager in maintaining the smooth running of the office.
• Coordinate with appropriate service companies / suppliers such as the office stationery, supplies, and furniture
• Provide general support to visitors including building orientation and Lunch facilities.
• Support the Admin Manager and Service Coordinator in managing internal/external office moves, maintenance services with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies.
• Arranging internal group meetings and catering orders & delivery.
• Assisting in company’s events and giveaways orders & preparation.
• Handling recharge, consumption and payment of water and Electricity of the office.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Perform some research duties as and when required by the team Perform any other related duties which may be required to support the company’s activities in Egypt.
Relevant Experience / Skills:
•Ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
•Fluent in English, written and spoken.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office
